Our mobile cart and team bring The Paleta Bar experience to you. You enjoy your event while we handle the paletas.

Service

  • Setup: our team arrives about 1 hour before your service start time to set up the cart.
  • Serving: 1–2 staff serve made-to-order paletas. Each guest chooses a flavor, a chocolate dip and toppings.
  • Breakdown: when service ends, we break down the cart and clean up our area.

2 hours of service included with the $1,500 cart package. Need more time? Extended service is $50 per 30 min.

We prefer indoor venues; outdoor events may be accommodated on a case-by-case basis. Please mention it in your request (shade and a nearby 110V outlet required). View the cart's technical drawing.

Payment

  • Clover invoice for a 25% non-refundable deposit or full payment, your choice, to reserve your date.
  • Final invoice (crediting your deposit) due in full 2 weeks before your event.

Service area

We serve the entire Las Vegas area, including Henderson and North Las Vegas. We're local, with two shops in town: Shanghai Plaza on Spring Mountain Rd and Rainbow Blvd.

Planning an event outside the Las Vegas area? Contact us and we'll let you know if we can make it work.

Scheduling

Cart dates fill up, especially in wedding and holiday season, so reach out early to hold your date.

Please book at least 2 weeks before your event.

Cancellation & rescheduling

  • Your 25% deposit is non-refundable and reserves your date.
  • Cancel more than 30 days before your event: everything paid beyond the deposit is refunded.
  • Cancel 14–30 days before: we keep the deposit plus 25% of the balance.
  • Cancel less than 14 days before: no refund, as your balance is paid and your paletas are planned.
  • Need a new date? With at least 14 days' notice, we'll move your deposit to a new date once, based on availability.
  • Weather for outdoor events: we'll work with you to move indoors or reschedule rather than refund.

Step by step

How booking works

Simple, personal and no guesswork. We're with you from request to the last paleta.

  1. Submit your request

    Fill out the catering request form below with your event details and any add-ons.

  2. The team confirms your estimate

    The team will call or email you to confirm.

  3. Reserve your date

    Once you accept your estimate, our team reviews your paleta order and sends you a Clover invoice for either a 25% non-refundable deposit or full payment, whichever you prefer, so you can reserve your date.

  4. Choose your flavors

    After payment, we email you a flavor, dip & topping order form.* Need help choosing? Call or text (505) 559-0712, or talk with our team anytime.

  5. Final invoice

    Once your order form is returned, we send a final invoice crediting your deposit, due in full 2 weeks before your event.
